The HQ is based in LA, and they really do not treat the London office as a separate entity, just as ‘support’, so there are zero benefits, the systems aren’t streamlined so it’s highly frustrating to get anything done and could do with a lot of work, and the outlook is as if they couldn’t care less about the London team, because they probably don’t.
