Great place to work and learn ! - Program Manager Platina Software Employee Review

Great Place to work. As I was part of technical team I had the privilege to work directly under Raj Sir who shares a vision and mission to achieve goals keeping empathy at the core. Under him Platina team worked for perfection. I worked for long 15+ years with him and learnt all aspects of my work area, work across teams, manage teams. Platina supported me through thick and thin. So, technologically and personally it was a great experience being part of Platina family. It was great to work at place where you are valued and motivated. Platina software is one place where you are appreciated for integrity and perseverance. To sum up its a company that create the kind of environment and culture that one would love to work in. Excellence is a habit at platina not just an act under the able leadership of Mr Raj.

I can't figure out any Cons to mention

The best reason to work here was the abundance of opportunities available across multiple functions to learn and hone skills, I utilized this to full capacity and learnt the different dimensions required to run a product and business end to end. This freedom is generally missing in most companies and employees are made to stick to their Roles and responsibilities only. Overall It was a very fulfilling experience for me that helped me learn more about myself and shaped the professional that I am today.

There wasnt any big ticket i would call a challenge working. There are always trivial things that you may personally like or dislike but my focus was more on learning, growth and I got it.
