Draining and demeaning, avoid this company if you can - 3D Animator Platige Employee Review

Every bad review that's written here gives you a very accurate picture of what kind of place Platige is. Very dishonest and nepotistic culture, poor communication and with supervisors like a certain sociopathic and misogynistic character (anyone that works there would know who I am refeering to) making decisions, or some very dishonest producers, you can't expect much there. The cinematics animation department isn't a good place to grow, the quality is very low, I literally went backwards on my animation skills, if you worked there you'll know what I mean. Any good animator that's landed in Platige is gone for good. Dodgy gentlemen's agreements, no real proper contracts. I've seen sudden salary cuts for no good reason, it's a very draining and demeaning company. I wouldn't recommend this place to absolutley no one.
