Pros

Smart people work here who are open to conversations and different views. Ideas aren’t shot down but appreciated to help get perspective. The work schedule is flexible and the benefits are good.

Cons

Due to being still yet start-up ish, it can feel a bit disorganized at times. Mostly with processes. Also, there can be tension between departments at times but not anything that can’t be worked through with open dialogue.

Pros

- I was there for a little under three years. I worked really hard, and it ended up being an overall great experience for me. I firmly believe that it is a great place to work, but only if you put in a good honest days work everyday. (Nothing extreme, but an honest 40hours/week) - All of the things they are trying to do make it really exciting if you buy into the vision. (I was in office so I got the most out of it) - It honestly pays really well for a startup. You're not getting AI startup money, but you're very well compensated compared to most equivalent roles in other startups. - Their leadership knows how to steer the course and the overall trajectory of the company was on a exciting and steep upward path when I left. (I had to leave due to personal reasons) - It is remote and everyone at the company is very laid back and cool to work with. You have to attend your mandatory meetings, but you get to work whenever you want outside of that as long as you deliver. - There are a lot of impressive and smart people there (former Harvard grads and Qualcomm engineers) so it is a great place to network and learn in general.

Cons

- It is a startup so you have to deal with the common pains of a fast paced environments (roadmap switches, tight deadlines), but you get that in any startup that is worthwhile being at.
