Great programs, nice energy flow among the teams, nice to see the company constantly rise in the rankings during time I was there. Nice office. No issues with accountancy.

Some seniors became over-stressed to the point they couldn’t communicate, suffix to an interview review also on this website. MD thought these people were doing good following rise in rankings but never spent time with them to see the juniors were running the show. Made classic mistake of revolving certain tasks around few people as oppose to all. Following staff departures the company went down in rankings within 1 year losing its top 30 status to top 40 proving this theory. Not sure if risen back since due to Covid restricting such reviews on all post houses.

Platform is one of the friendliest and most welcoming places I've ever worked. I've had the best 3 years working here. They taught me the post production industry from the ground up and I am so grateful with how patient and kind everyone is.

Unfortunately, even though there is a friendly atmosphere working for a small company, it does make it difficult to progress when there isn't room in the department you want to go into.
