Good people leave fast. Some are pushed out for being too competent or let go without reason. If you challenge decisions or refuse to play along with the internal clique, you’re out. It’s a toxic culture built on fear and false collaboration. Leadership loves to talk about equity, innovation, and community—but fails to embody any of it behind the scenes. It’s all PR, no backbone. When things go wrong (layoffs, mistreatment, bullying from leaderships, staff turnover), leadership disappears. There’s no transparency, no accountability. Don’t expect any professional development, mentorship, or a clear trajectory either. Their high turnover speaks for itself.
