Pros
Product is ahead of the industry. Feel proud to have watched it grow and stay ahead. Many sharp, experienced, passionate people. Good change to leadership 6 months ago to accommodate new market phase. (Note: Ben Werther is no longer CEO--as of mid-2015, Jason Zintak is. Both are good leaders). Great sales numbers, funding, & growth. Ended 2015 with $30M in new funding and great sales. Great culture, transparency, & learning experience. Most people are helpful, honest, and fun.
Cons
Like any startup, it can be chaotic. Getting better, but sometimes at the expense of flexibility. Goes through phases of long hours & hard work. Not the place to be if you don't contribute or add value. Could be a pro or a con for some people.
