      Nothing was good about it

      Cons

      Terrible. Managers were trash. The place is filthy. They do not train right away I got hired full time the pay is terrible and they are not good at training or explains things I hated it.

      Pros

      Good people: Cheerful hard working 1st generation immigrants. Knowing Spanish is useful.

      Cons

      Upper management is quite poor with a strong disconnect from the factory floor despite that being where the money comes from.
