      Pizza Mondays, Bagel Wednesdays, fun office, very cool team to work with. Fun projects/clients

      Not enough meeting rooms, office can get loud at times...

      - They hire inexperienced people and give them a chance. - Some great colleagues - Rarely need to work overtime

      Cons

      - Work is repetitive. projects are often very similar. - Don't follow industry best practices like TDD. - No training or mentorship programs.

      Learned on the job, so and so, it was ok, no major complaints.

      Cons

      There was too much micromanagement. I advice giving employees more leeway.
