      Great bonuses, small family owned business, expanding rapidly, #1 thermoformer in the country, has great benefits, some people genuinely care about your well being, World class Safety, they really care about helping you move up in the company and grow as a professional individual

      Cons

      Favoritism, Revolving door with Human Resources, Very strict attendance policy (no personal leave, you have to have hours to take a day off), lots of drama on the plant level, you have to get everything in writing because there are a lot of empty promises at times

      Pros

      Most people are great to work with, the ownership seems to genuinely care about their employees and pay is fair. Most of the work is not very hard. Overall, I feel Plastic Ingenuity is a great place to work considering it is a manufacturing company.

      Cons

      The company is growing and it seems the family atmosphere and benefits are slowly changing with a more corporate and lean approach. The Cross Plains plant, "Hands Down" is the best plant to work. I have been to Mazomanie and it is not nearly as enjoyable to work at. There is a disconnect in culture and communication amongst management between the two plants.
