Pros
Nice company, most people are nice, smart, down-to-earth. HR is trying to do the right thing by everyone. Nice benefits. Flexible working hours.. They treat you like an adult. There's only overtime when things go very wrong or are very urgent. That seldomly happens and usually there are plenty of people who will pick up the pace if you can't for a valid reason.
Cons
Too much red tape (this seemed to be increasing). There's too much mid-level management and they have too much organisational power, this hinders group and company-wide efforts sometimes.
