Pros

The technicians and office staff are awesome. The managers are great and being around plants is fun. They provide coffee, snacks, full fridge with food and breakfast burritos once a month. There is a lot of support from managers. You're not left out there alone.

Cons

They don't have competitive pay. Everyone who works there should be making 30% more. The routes can be really good or really bad. The owners are not genuine people. They lie to your face and pretend they like you. They don't value their employees. Totally fake.

Cons

TLDR: Toxic. Underpaid. Half the office staff has quit in the last 12 months. The current environment is unsustainable for anyone seeking professional growth or work-life balance. Compensation is significantly below market rate, yet the workload is relentless due to a fundamental lack of strategic planning and organization. Turnover is high and vital positions are not filled; creating an unreasonable workload for remaining staff. Leadership—specifically the CEO and COO—fosters a toxic atmosphere where employees are not treated with basic professional respect. People are scolded and put down in front of others. Because there is no HR department, there is no objective recourse for grievances or support. This lack of oversight allows for concerning practices, such as taking advantage of salaried staff and expecting hourly employees to work "off the clock." Furthermore, the culture actively discourages the use of medical leave or disability accommodations, creating a high-pressure environment that ignores employee well-being.
