      -Great executive staff -culture designed for growth and feedback -employees are great -autonomy

      Cons

      -small business with minimal internal work flows -escalating on colleagues is a defined process for not getting LOEs, SOWs, COs...etc -no stock or ownership options -managing internal resources bandwidth is a challenge

      As an Employee, I was impressed by the genuine emphasis on work-life balance. The team respected personal time and managers were supportive and approachable. Great culture for anyone looking to grow without burning out.
