      Pros

      Great management team worldwide. Very clear communication from HQ. Everyone is very much aware of what the management wants to do. Employees get good opportunities across the company. (Especially in HQ) Always ready to bring good practices into the company.

      As an Employee, I was impressed by the genuine emphasis on work-life balance. The team respected personal time and managers were supportive and approachable. Great culture for anyone looking to grow without burning out.
