      Pros

      Supportive, authentic culture; massive growth and professional development opportunities; excellent benefits with premiums fully covered by the employer; ample sick leave; remote positions. If you are a smart, motivated, nimble human being with integrity, this is an excellent place for you to find your professional home!

      Cons

      Communication can sometimes be a challenge in a remote work environment (this is true for any company, so not a Planning Pod-specific con). That being said, the leadership team at this company believes in constant progress and improvement, and internal processes are no exception! This is sincerely an incredible organization to work for.

      Working at Planning Pod has been an incredibly fulfilling experience for me.
