Pros

Not a lot. They act like there is an "open door policy" but it is only valid for some people.

Cons

They fired the entire staff - with the exception of a few people at the top - vie EMAIL. Seriously? Some employees have been with the company 10, 15+ years and that is how they lay them off? We understand the circumstances of the pandemic require the company to lay off - it is unavoidable. But don't fire us via email. It's cowardly and indicative of the type of leadership that Plannernet has always had.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the way we handled the company-wide lay-offs. Like other businesses in March of 2020, our company had never faced a pandemic and the drastic and devastating impacts that forced urgent and crushing company decisions. At the time, it was handled to the best of our abilities. We are regretful for the effects it caused to our employees. Should an event of that magnitude occur again, we are equipped to handle it differently and with more care for the employees.

Pros

The supervisors (especially the newly promoted younger ones) are very secluded and act like they have all of the power. Instead of being part of the team, they are bossy and act like they are above everyone else - this could not be more than false because all of the hard work is done by the coordinators and leads yet they are the least paid out of everyone!

Cons

It's a lot of fast paced and overloaded work - definitely underpaid for everyone and thing that you have to deal with on a daily basis. You'd think a growing company would be a good thing but 7 people were hired and/or quit all within a month and a half time span.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize that you had this experience. We are always looking for ways to improve and will certainly take your advice into consideration. We no longer request employees take a personality assessment. Our belief is that if done properly and routinely, personality and communication style assessments can leverage employees’ natural strengths and develop a better understanding of their individual styles and team working dynamics to allow for optimal collaboration and communication between peers.
