Pros

This is an organization that truly allows your voice to be heard. Hard work at Plannernet is noticed, and continually recognized when necessary. A work-life balance is a main priority of the CEO. Management does their best to recognize employee strengths and make sure that those strengths are utilized to the highest potential. This is an incredibly fulfilling organization to work for, and I am proud to represent the Plannernet logo.

Cons

As a growing company, you may be asked to wear multiple hats, which may sound like a "con", but it truly gives you an opportunity to learn about the industry, and uncover some strengths and passion areas, that you may not have been aware of.

Pros

The supervisors (especially the newly promoted younger ones) are very secluded and act like they have all of the power. Instead of being part of the team, they are bossy and act like they are above everyone else - this could not be more than false because all of the hard work is done by the coordinators and leads yet they are the least paid out of everyone!

Cons

It's a lot of fast paced and overloaded work - definitely underpaid for everyone and thing that you have to deal with on a daily basis. You'd think a growing company would be a good thing but 7 people were hired and/or quit all within a month and a half time span.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize that you had this experience. We are always looking for ways to improve and will certainly take your advice into consideration. We no longer request employees take a personality assessment. Our belief is that if done properly and routinely, personality and communication style assessments can leverage employees’ natural strengths and develop a better understanding of their individual styles and team working dynamics to allow for optimal collaboration and communication between peers.
