      - flexible working hours - people are generally very nice, especially if you are new - work gets more interesting when you gain more experience - work is good for people who enjoy a challenge that is too challenging

      Cons

      - many delays due to the nature of the role, for example no suitable client or client issues that are not resolvable by the company - strange process while waiting for a client on the "hub"
