Pros

Ostentatious workspace. Beer fridge. In-house coffee house.

Cons

Where do I start? Focus lacking to define what the agency does well. Track record of poor business decisions by owners which jeopardizes agency's survival.

Pros

Working at Planit has been such a great experience. The people are kind, talented, and always willing to help, there’s such a genuine sense of support across the team. It’s a fast-paced, creative environment, but it never feels overwhelming because everyone’s in it together. I love that every project is different and that we get to collaborate with people who bring such unique perspectives and backgrounds. It’s inspiring to see how all those ideas come together to create work we’re proud of. Planit is the kind of place where you’re encouraged to think big, have fun, and keep learning. The work is exciting, the people are amazing, and the energy is contagious. I’m really glad to be part of it.

Cons

Would love more snacks in the office!

Pros

The office kind of creative

Cons

Over the three years, I had big problems with the female staff members. Almost all of the ladies that I worked with tried hitting on me or tried to set me up with another employee. After they failed, I noticed my hours and communication with employees decreased significantly. It made me sad in most meetings and made talking to these employees very difficult. I tried to get help from HR, but since they were friends with most of the ladies, it made this worse, and I ended up getting fired. At this company, you might hear someone's boss ask them for nudes during meetings. You might run into a few swingers. Unfortunately, this seems like the culture of Maryland and Democrat cities. You should stay away from this place or move out of Maryland if you are a media professional. They will try to get you to move to Maryland even though they hate the state
