      Pros

      • Small Team environment • Learn different functional areas of a business • Your voice is heard! Able to majorly influence the company's direction • travel opportunities • world-wide customers • stocked fridge • weekly team lunches • lenient work hours • fun projects like working with local non-profits and students

      Cons

      • longer than 8hr work day (most days) • most client meetings are virtual • travel to/from office is sometimes hampered by traffic... the 5! • priorities change, but getting better at focusing

      Pros

      Overall the remote environment is great and most team members, including the company leaders do what they can to help whenever possible. Would be better if we could hire more, faster.

      Cons

      We probably need to evaluate individuals more closely. I don't feel others pull as much weight as others.

      - Fully remote work - Opportunities to travel to meet clients/teammates - Friendly coworkers - Interesting projects

      Cons

      - Pay is definitely on the low side, especially for a San Diego based company - Working hours may fluctuate based on customer projects, i.e. there can be early morning and/or late night calls on the same day
