Pros
The CEO is an amazing listener-you really feel heard and seen by him. The camp has an organized day-to-day schedule that is mostly easy to follow. There is plenty of outside time to balance out screen time. They have been in business for an impressive number of years.
Cons
'Tech bro' attitude from some of the counselors who like to man-splain. One of the counselors kept bragging about owning two houses from bitcoin earnings. Nepotism/favoritism based on if you have relatives who are associated with the camp or attended the camp as a camper/counselor promoted to director. Questionable management policies/unawareness of labor laws-ie no lunch breaks offered; required to eat lunch with the campers. Counselors have no respect for director's knowledge and expertise/possible ageism/sexism. Management prefers to fire their staff rather than work things out. Their idea of 'mediation' is more nepotism/favoritism.
