The culture is the biggest pro. Everyone here legitimately likes working together. The leadership is also a huge pro. They survey employees every other month or so, listen to feedback, and make improvements based on the survey feedback. They also dig in and solve problems alongside us. We have career pathing to help us grow within the company as the company also grows. Work/Life balance is actually encouraged and modeled. 10/10 experience!

Being remote can reduce engagement at times. it would be nice to see each other more often! Other than that I can't think of anything.

Great people led by a values-centric leadership team. Remote work environment allows great work-life balance. Awesome benefits, career progression and development, and comradery. Annual summit where the entire company comes together to collaborate, educate, and celebrate. The leadership team surveys employees quarterly for feedback on what is going well and what needs to change, and they take action on the feedback we share.

I wish we were able to get together as a team more often! Also, since we are small, the career opportunities are currently limited. But they do offer career development anyway to prepare us for our next step wherever that may be. No diversity program that I am aware of but the workforce does feel diverse and open to contrasting ideas.
