The company has a clear desire to uphold a high standard in its services, which creates a sense of pride in the work. Being part of a local team also brought a tight-knit feel and direct impact on the community, which was rewarding.
Cons
Unfortunately, internal management often lacked direction and consistency. There was little to no departmental leadership, and the broader company vision was rarely communicated in a way that motivated or aligned the team. Financial instability was a concern during my time, including delayed payroll processing on more than one occasion. There were also no clear paths for growth or advancement, which made it difficult to see a long-term future within the organization.
