Pros

You become more like a family then just an employee. Management is awesome and strives to maintain an open door policy. You can be confident that you are working under people who are passionate about what they do at PG and that your leadership brings a ton of experience to the table. Also your work schedule can be very flexible depending on your position

Cons

You likely will not make enough money in an entry level position to sustain yourself without supplementing your income with another job. Becoming full time is an option for some however the insurance policy offered to full time employees has a strict average hourly commitment that can be hard to maintain if you want to take an extended trip.

Pros

Friendly coworkers, great management, nice perks, the company really does live up to its values and morals which isn't that common theses days! nice working for a company that honers inclusiveness.

Cons

pay could be a little better I felt there was a lot of responsibility but the pay didn't seem to live up to it.

Pros

It is a super fun environment, everyone gets along well and many of the staff are friends both at and outside of work. It is a great place to work if you love rock climbing because you are surrounded by it, but even if climbing in not your thing, after working here it definitely will be. As an employee I have always felt supported. It is a great company for growth, and if you are committed to the company, it is definitely reciprocated. It is not that they just hand out more responsibility to anyone, but if you are receptive to feedback, and show a commitment to your own growth, they will definitely help you get there. You can't expect to move upward by just putting in the time alone. They definitely care about their employee's well-being as well.

Cons

Depending on the position you work the schedule can be inconsistent. If you want to work here long term, you will probably not start of making enough money to sustain yourself right away.
