Team spirit among employees in Berlin (non-management), everybody is extremely friendly & helpful. Great work life balance since there's no performance management or leadership whatsoever. Playful work environment.... it really depends on what you're looking for in an employer.

The company lacks strategy, structure, leadership, management and the committment to change any of that. Management in Marketing has changed multiple times over the last few years which leaves the very junior team members without direction and in a rather chaotic state which requires constant improvisation. Extreme short term goal is to increase value for potential sale which is not producing positive business decisions.

Very friendly compagny that offers a lovely and playful work atmosphere. Free hot/cold drinks, fresh fruits and a comfortable work environment. Company also offers compensation for BVG ticket or lunch expenses and free language classes. Colleagues are very friendly and helpful and managers are always open to a talk. The international side of the company is also a very nice aspect. Great place to learn new things and evolve in your own field.
