Pros

using the free services however, owner was charging $10 to get a spray tan and $5 for the moisturizer.

Cons

no sick days or vacation days ,no benefits. memberships are hard to sell and then lots of people cancel every month. If you sell a membership and they cancel before the next commission check they wont pay you the commission so they keep the enrollment and the first payment and you get nothing. most of the employees aren't business minded hard working people. they are cheap help and if you don"t make the high sales goals the owners will fire you. They fired and forced several people out of jobs. Our store was also breaking franchise rules operating another scam business inside Planet Beach .Unethical business practices!

Pros

Some customers and coworkers were genuinely enjoyable.

Cons

Feeling constantly monitored by unqualified individuals was beyond frustrating. The environment often felt gloomy, with little trust or support from those overseeing the operations. Decisions were poorly informed and came from people who didn't seem to understand the job, let alone how to guide others. It was like being stuck in a loop of bad calls and mismanagement that made everything harder than it needed to be.
