Toxic Work Environment - Anonymous employee Planet 13 Employee Review

Employees are overworked, underpaid, and undervalued. Leadership is disorganized and directionless, creating a volatile environment where it feels like every person is out for themselves. Departments operate without strategy, throwing ideas at the wall and shifting blame when things don’t work. Even on the corporate side, you’re expected to be available through holidays and PTO. After being told we were paid “market rate,” I left and secured a new role with the same title/workload that quite literally pays double. My advice: RUN FAST!
