Pros
Great products to work with. There's never a boring call, and there's always an opportunity to learn something new. Although the company is somewhat large-ish, it still feels kinda small.
Cons
Management is out of touch with the bottom rungs of the ladder. People get let go that shouldn't, resulting in other people leaving, and it's a loss.
