The culture is amazing. It has zero tolerance for toxic behavior and the colleagues and managers are all super supportive and understanding. It encourages productivity without anxiety or pressure. Just healthy empowerment of the team.
Cons
It's not really a fit for people looking to have one of those jobs to just get their paycheck at the end of the month with minimal involvement. But if you actually like what you do or want to be involved and care about your job — it's the right place.
