Pros

Great Benefits, fair enough pay, work life balance (for myself but not others), my direct leadership was always very open to speak candidly with.

Cons

Seems like the company is falling apart lately, many ELT, leadership, and even the CEO jumped ship at the end of 2023/ beginning of 2024. I should of seen the writing on the wall but decided to stay only for the company to downsize where I was let go. They let go many well performing and tenured employees in their sales dept, people who hit 100% + of their sales quotas last year or even YOY. Only to keep brand new reps with only several months on. Just didnt seem like a smart decision. CRM is a hot mess making reps lives so much more harder than it needed to be. In my 6 years there, the company always made it seem like the issues would be corrected and fixed but never were.

Pros

Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

Cons

Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

Pros

Remote or Hybrid work schedule, if you live outside of the city limits. Unlimited PTO policy, but is PTO ever unlimited.

Cons

There is not much room for advancement, if you’re not connected. Most of middle management and above are not POC. All the strong POC leaders were here today, gone the next day! The staff is overworked and underpaid. Only way to receive a higher salary is to resign and reapply. I survived a few CEOs, and once this last one came in all the tenured staff were being let go. Normal, if a new Executive comes in but there people were 15+ years in. This new PlanSource does not seem as if it cares much for their employees. Most of the workload is being outsourced to India. I’ve seen good, hardworking dedicate people get axed during my time! Not sure they’re invested in retaining good talent! Definitely a swim or sink culture, You will not get much help with learning the Benefits Admin system. It’s sort of a self-guided dive in approach.
