      It is a fast growing company

      Cons

      A lot of senior leadership has been replaced in the last couple of years, leaving a knowledge vacuum in some areas, which then translates into having to scramble sometimes to find info. I've seen teams reducing in the USA and other expanding in India

      Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

      Cons

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      - Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

      Cons

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
