Cons
Unstable Company, and the pay is beyond atrocious. 15 dollars an hour to perform computer repairs, sometimes board-level, is criminal. This company had 2 layoffs within the past year and a furlough. they have also gone through two different Operations Directors in a year. No Sick Leave, and benefits themselves are too pricey to make it worth for most employees anyway. Management is very manipulative and will do what they can to butter you up so they can meet quotas. there is also extreme favoritism amongst certain managers. Corporate Employees and Executives view warehouse employees as mere peons and see you as a tool to pad their quotas. I've seen the CSO curse and yell at certain corporate employees during video meetings. Extremely unprofessional.
