Fraud Company - On Duty Doctor Plan My Health Employee Review

I had read the bad reviews from the former employees before joining. I joined them anyway, in good faith. That taught me well. They have these rules...they will pay the first 1 month's salary after 45 days. 15 days' salary will be held with them. I received my first salary after 3 months of joining, after lots of calling, complaining and giving up. I was employed as a part-time duty doctor, for 1 hour duty. The site's people needed a doctor for 4 to 8 hours. But they behaved as if I was leaving early. I was fired without notice or intimation after 45 days. And they blocked my number. They will pamper you initially. When it comes to paying, they stop receiving your calls.
