      -Union Pay -Big jobs -A lot of resources for the job. Had the latest and best power tools. Some really amazing electricians who know their stuff and are willing to teach

      -toxic culture -boys club attitude -a lot of nepotism -unprofessional HR - big lay offs -not enough diversity on the field
