Pros

There's really no pros in working for this bank. Management does not care about their employees. If you're not buddies with upper management they'll ignore all your claims. Even HR is in it to protect their managers. Any claims someone below an LSS is done they disregard.

Cons

Everything. The pay is horrible. Tellers are overworked and are assigned duties that should be done by their Lead Teller and their Teller Supervisors. Management does not care about their CSRs or Tellers. I would of reccomend this place to ANYONE to work for. I've had the worst year ever and the reason I lasted so long was due to adding a year experience as a full timer to my resume.

Pros

Great work life balance. Very flexible with appointments or other needs outside of the office. Great benefits (PTO, medical, etc.) Lots of company events and free lunches are a bonus. Company is great to work for overall. Very easy to scale your way up and they push you to grow. Love the culture as well.

Cons

Most of the work we do can be done from home but do not offer WFH. Pay is not that much compared to other banks.
