      Great people, there are a lot of folks there that have done 20years or more. It is slow and steady, family run business, has made some great expansions and purchases of other companies.

      Low wages compared to the industry for package designers.

      was a good work environment, fun at our location

      management choices, "restructuring", refusal to get with the times with benefits, and never giving actual raises for job performance, yearly "raises" were always below inflation rates...
