      The facility is very clean

      Cons

      Demanding leadership, absolutely zero on-boarding. 1 day basic orientation and that's it. The attendance of my "trainers" was poor. High turnaround for mid-level management and production workers.

      was a good work environment, fun at our location

      management choices, "restructuring", refusal to get with the times with benefits, and never giving actual raises for job performance, yearly "raises" were always below inflation rates...
