      - Great place to learn and take on more responsibility. The biggest problem in young roles is being given no opportunity and being pigeonholed into jobs you don't like. This is not the case at Place.

      Cons

      - With this responsibility comes more pressure, which is understandable. You need to be proactive in ensuring you manage such pressure.
