You learn the industry. There are good teaching moments and opportunities to learn and grow within the company as others leave(turnover is high) Training is great. There is a trainer that does one on one as well as group trainings. Will quickly help with a problem. Answers on the weekends as well to help the properties. There will always be open positions because of the high turnover

Pay is not competitive with the market. Leasing agents start out at $9-$10 when other companies are starting out at $12-$13. Maintenance is underpaid as well compared to the industry in certain areas (techs at other companies start out at $17-18). If you’re not one of the “favorites” from corporate, then the treatment you receive isn’t the best, to put it lightly. There is a lot of targeting, yelling, attacks in emails etc. You aren’t allowed to make a mistake. No work life balance, unless you’re in th favorites club. There’s no culture or values.
