Pros

There is nothing positive to say

Cons

The company has a tremendous turnover. Over 50% of staff have turned over in the past year. They have no clue how to run a company in NYC. Upper management is all from Italy. The office has two tiers, The Italians and the Americans. The Italians have different hours, they stroll in between 9 and 11am. They also get 4 weeks vacation on top of 1 week sick and the standard 3 days PTO. If you are an amaerican, You start with two weeks, (3) if you fight for it and are expected to start at 7am and are expected to be keep the same late hours the Itains do. HR swares that they have turned over a new leaf when they hire you, but it is not true. Upper Management, is bot going anywhere, and they refuse to change. The environment is toxic, and you will sonn find yourself wanting to leave, if you are foolish enough to accept an offer form them. If you are considering an offer, asj them how many people your project has been through. My project had 30 people leave int he past year. So many that they are not allowed to get rid of anyone, even if they should be let go.
