Train very thoroughly. You are trained on how to host, do to-go and to serve. Co-workers and managers are very kind and fun to work with. Food is SO GOOD.
Cons
You usually have to train up, and spend up to a year in other positions before getting promoted to server. Also, the company becoming more corporate/chain-y means that food is less expensive and you make less tips. I saw my tips go down almost by a third while I was working there.
