Pros

The benefits are pretty decent for a fast foor/quick service restaurant. A manager gets stock options depending on his or her own performance as well as that of the store. Food is not free, except for meals during shift, but there is a discount card that can be used, if you so choose. They also have a decent tuition reimbursement program for those willing to take job related classes in college (e.g. business).

Cons

As with almost all fast food chains, the ceiling for promotion and salaries plateaus pretty quickly - I started off as a crew member and was promoted to shift manager. I could have continued to rise in the rank (to store manager). but realized that the hours and the pay associated with the job were not worth it as soon as I got my degree.

Pros

Working here was easy. It wasn't the most pay, but the experience is valuable. The staff have always been easy to get along with. And it's been pretty flexible for hours.

Cons

Very little. Don't know what's going on up top. But district managers do that

Pros

I liked the people I worked with, Pay was a little above minimum wage plus tips,

Cons

Schedule flip flopped between working 13 days a row to working three days a week within a month, the customers were rude, it felt like with the number of people we were allowed to have working based on the budge from the higher ups we were never properly prepared.
