      Pros

      They made sure I had sufficient training and backup when finally on the phones. I have met a group of very dedicated individuals that feel as I do about protecting and valuing the artists and creatives that we work for.

      Management is excellent - very receptive and knowledgeable. They are also very flexible and do their best to accommodate our busy lives.
