Ridiculous Organisation HR manager is very very rude and toxic, keeps track of every small and single thing and makes sure to point that out making it very toxic Only 30 mins of break out of 9 hours of work hours ( includes washroom breaks and lunch too) Very very low pay Micromanagement by Founder and Top management No freedom of work on own Too much partiality and mental stress with work load

Everything is a con here - Too much micromanagement - Constant work tracked by top management - Very low salary, does not compensate this inflation economy - Even washrooms are outside the office shared by other office so full sometimes and also the time is counted in work hours which has to be min 8.5 hours - Bond policy of 1.5 years does not make sense - Toxic HR and HR policies keep changing - Partialities and favouritism of some employees - Google Reviews and Glassdoor reviews are forced and given by them only to post
