      The employees are awesome. They really care about their work and help everyone out. There are some very talented people working there

      Cons

      Senior Management needs to get a clue. They constantly talk in circles and never take the blame for anything. There is no direction, leadership or clear vision.

      Autonomy, lots of opportunity, growing industry, creative work, ability to interact with leadership team and make an immediate impact.

      Cons

      Start up worries and chaos at times. Covid has made it challenging to enjoy the company of the team and problem solve together.
