Pros

While we are growing quickly, Pixlee is still very much a startup, meaning that the work you do will have a big and meaningful impact on the company's success! There is a great team culture at Pixlee. No one has an ego, everybody wants to help each other succeed both personally and professionally, and we like to have fun while producing amazing work!

Cons

We are a startup, so you are given a lot of responsibilities and are held accountable and responsible for getting your work done, so if you are the type that doesn't try to go above and beyond your defined roles/tasks, this probably isn't the place for you.

Pros

– Terrific balance of startup-oriented independence in your role & personal life balance. There's never a dull moment but you're encouraged to unplug when you need it! – Excellent room for personal growth, the team promotes & hires internally when possible – Culture of kindness and empathy: Everyone is conscientious and thoughtful in their communication and request. – Low turnover: good talent sticks around because they feel valued and supported. – Product: customers love the product and are willing to publicly vouch for it! Plus, the brands we work with are fun and interesting – never a boring moment! – Management: friendly, approachable, humble, inclusive, and sharp; basically anything you'd want from a younger-skewing leadership team. – Perks: very competitive benefits that clearly prioritize employee wellness – Board & Advisors: the entire team is encouraged to interact with and meet prominent industry leaders who help support the company's destiny. It's a great learning opportunity across all departments.

Cons

– With a small yet passionate team, there's always more to do – pretty standard for a startup and not a bad problem to have, but if you're used to large-corporate culture it could take time to adjust.
