Pros

Nice coworkers/ team if you are lucky, good work-life balance

Cons

The company has no real direction because management can’t seem to figure out what they want. The pay is below average and the health benefits are basically useless. While I was there, I saw multiple people get fired out of nowhere, and people are constantly leaving or being replaced. There’s no HR, so if your manager doesn’t like you, you’re out of luck. During interviews, management will claim they’re open to hybrid work, but that’s not true at all — there’s zero flexibility. Overall, not a great place to work.

Pros

It's a pretty fast paced company with a lot to learn and experience. But this also means that if you're not able to put in the work and effort, you will get lost quickly. As long as you put in the time to learn about the products, the process, and overall business priorities, you will be in good hands. The people I've worked with have been extremely intelligent, talented, and kind.

Cons

Fast pace but it's doable

Pros

None. By far the worst workplace.

Cons

Prospective employees should approach with caution. Compensation and benefits are significantly below market, and flexibility is essentially nonexistent. Taking time off is strongly discouraged, and there are no meaningful holiday breaks, which contributes to an unsustainable work-life balance. Turnover is extremely high. Employees are constantly leaving or being let go, creating a revolving-door environment that makes it difficult to build stability within teams. The workplace culture itself is highly toxic. Efforts to improve processes or address problems are not welcomed—employees who try to make positive changes often find themselves isolated or pushed out rather than supported. The physical office environment is also concerning. The workspace is poorly maintained, including old carpeting that appears moldy, yet management has not taken meaningful steps to address these issues despite concerns being raised. Many employees seemed to remain primarily out of necessity rather than genuine satisfaction with the workplace. Overall, this company would benefit greatly from improving its culture, compensation structure, and working conditions.
