      Pros

      Only its close location to Lookout Joes.

      Cons

      Suffocating environment, be prepared to account for all your time down to the minute. Do not plan on improving work procedures, if you find a better or more efficient method you will be grilled and told that's not the way to do things. Owners do not listen to employees.

      Pros

      I like working for this Company. I like that they have big brands that they work with. The hours are just normal hours 9:00 to 5:30 with 1/2 hour for lunch. They are convenient to get to, right off of 71. The employees and managers are creative and knowledgeable. If I have a question, there are knowledgeable people there to talk to.

      Cons

      Currently no overtime is permitted and no taking work home. I suppose this is both a plus and a minus, but can limit earnings. At my previous job, we worked a lot of overtime, so it's a little weird for me to leave work at 5:30 PM
