A lot of senior film and animation directors to learn from – excellent mentorship opportunities. Exposure to a variety of projects that constantly elevate my skills and keep the work exciting. A nice, vibrant creative production studio with its own café – great for quick breaks and networking. The immersive activation team has an impressive tech side that encourages innovation and experimentation. Supportive colleagues who are passionate about their craft and willing to share knowledge. Opportunities to be involved in high-profile, creative campaigns that make a real industry impact.

Boss can be quite tough when it comes to creative work as he’s a perfectionist – but it ensures quality. At times, weekend work is required to meet deadlines – part of the nature of creative production. Fast-paced environment may feel intense for those not used to the media/production industry.
