Pros

-friendly co-workers -Opportunities to try your hand in multiple forms of media on various popular broadcast television series. -interesting and challenging projects. -working with well-known networks.

Cons

-Very long work hours. And I mean... very long -No over time pay (I don't know who the person is that mentioned there was, but that is definitely not the case). -Pay range is way below the standard. -Management has poor communication between one another, clients, and employees. -Management rude and difficult to approach about important issues. -Management unreasonable and difficult to work with, as well as unsympathetic to personal needs. -There is no work-life balance. -Zero Animation pipeline, making quality of work inconsistent. -Management is unethical in treatment of employees, especially when disclosing another employees' personal information or Managements' own personal opinions to other employees. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. -There is an air of egotism that is readily apparent. -The Employee is always wrong. No matter what the problem is, or if the employee was even responsible. -Overwhelming and unreasonable work load, causing animation to not only BE rushed, but to look rushed as well. -Teamwork is not encouraged, though it may sound initially like it is. Employees are not encouraged to ask each other questions, seek help from each other, or even critique. It "wastes our busy artist's time."

Pros

- projects are fun to work on and you get to work with some notable clients - good atmosphere - cool and laid back co-workers, very easy to work with - at the end of the day no matter how bad you feel like you think you are treated, management really does care about you

Cons

- lack of structure/goals for post projects - lack of communication sometimes from between artists and management - some artists do not use their time as wisely as they should (on forums, applying for jobs for other companies during work time) - low compensation/pay for artist who put in more than they get
